为汇聚全球青年智慧，推动数字技术与城市可持续发展深度融合，充分挖掘青年在国际经贸合作中的创新潜能与活力，中国国际青年交流中心、联合国国际贸易中心及联合国可持续发展目标与领导力发展中心（联合国训练研究所可持续发展目标中心）将联合启动《国际青年企业家数字创新案例集》（下称“《创新案例集》”）编撰工作。

To harness the collective intelligence of global youth, promote the deep integration of digital technology with urban sustainable development, and activate the creativity and dynamism of youth in international economic and trade cooperation, the China International Youth Exchange Center (CIYEC), the International Trade Centre (ITC) and the Global SDGs and Leadership Development Center (UNITAR SDGs Center), will jointly initiate the compilation of the International Youth Entrepreneurs Digital Innovation Case Collection (hereafter referred to as the "Innovation Case Collection"). 

一、 宗旨与目标

I. Purpose and Objectives

《创新案例集》旨在系统梳理、总结和推广由青年主导的，利用数字技术有效应对城市可持续性挑战的创新解决方案。通过集中展示青年智慧与创新实践，本项目致力于：

The Innovation Case Collection aims to systematically collate, summarize, and promote innovative solutions led by young people that effectively address urban sustainability challenges through digital technology. By showcasing the wisdom and innovative practices of youth, this project is committed to:

1. 为全球智慧城市与可持续城市建设提供可借鉴的青年方案；

Providing replicable youth-led solutions for global smart city and sustainable city development;

2. 促进数字技术、绿色发展与包容性贸易的协同并进；

Fostering synergy among digital technology, green development, and inclusive trade;

3. 激发更广泛的青年投身于以创新服务国家及全球发展议程的具体实践。

Inspiring a broader generation of young people to engage in concrete initiatives of serving national and global development agendas through innovation.

二、 核心内容与聚焦领域

II. Core Content and Focus Areas

《创新案例集》将重点收录能够体现以下核心作用的青年创业案例：

The Innovation Case Collection will prioritize youth entrepreneurship cases that demonstrate the following core contributions:

1. 筑梦城市未来：案例应展现数字技术如何赋能智能、可持续、贸易一体化的新型城市建设，例如在智能交通、电子政务、清洁能源、数据驱动治理等领域的应用。

Shaping the Future of Cities: Cases should demonstrate how digital technology empowers the development of intelligent, sustainable, and trade-integrated new urban models, such as applications in smart mobility, e-governance, clean energy, and data-driven governance.

2. 连接全球贸易：案例应体现如何作为数字贸易的桥梁，连接本地与全球市场，例如通过电子商务平台、数字物流与支付系统、供应链区块链工具等，提升贸易效率与透明度。

Connecting Global Trade: Cases should illustrate their role as bridges for digital trade, connecting local and global markets, for example, through e-commerce platforms, digital logistics and payment systems, supply chain blockchain tools, etc., thereby enhancing trade efficiency and transparency.

3. 贡献全球议程：案例应彰显其对实现联合国可持续发展目标（特别是目标8：体面工作和经济增长；目标9：产业、创新和基础设施；目标11：可持续城市和社区）的切实贡献。

Contributing to the Global Agenda: Cases should demonstrate tangible contributions to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (particularly Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth; Goal 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure; Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities).

申报案例须具备创新性、实效性、可推广性，并突出青年创业者的核心领导作用。

Submitted cases must demonstrate innovation, effectiveness, scalability/replicability, and highlight the core leadership role of the young entrepreneur(s).

Eligible young entrepreneurs and teams are cordially invited to submit their cases. Detailed submission guidelines, format requirements, and deadlines are provided in the annexes.

五、 案例收录与后续支持

V. Case Inclusion and Follow-up Support

案例经主办方审阅后推荐收录于首版《国际青年企业家数字创新案例集》，并有机会被推荐进入后续支持机制：包括在国际会议展示、对接国际资源及国际青年企业家发展基金的机会。该案例集作为联合国国际贸易中心（ITC）项目报告，将在中国国际青年交流中心、联合国国际贸易中心及联合国可持续发展目标与领导力发展中心（联合国训练研究所可持续发展目标中心）的官方网站提供公开查阅。

Upon review by the Organizers, cases may be recommended for inclusion in the inaugural edition of the International Young Entrepreneurs' Digital Innovation Case Collection. These cases may also be recommended for a follow-up support mechanism, which includes opportunities such as presentation at international conferences, connection with relevant global resources, and introduction to the International Young Entrepreneurs Development Fund. As a project report of the International Trade Centre (ITC), the Collection will be made publicly accessible on the official websites of the China International Youth Exchange Center (CIYEC), the International Trade Centre, and the UN SDG Leadership Centre (UNITAR SDG Centre).
