Themed on harnessing the power of innovation to promote youth development, the event gathered 19 youth organization leaders from nine CEE countries.

China and the CEE countries are long-term friendly partners that have profound historical ties, complementary development advantages, strong cooperation needs, and a common desire for rejuvenation, said He Junke, the First Secretary of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China, when addressing the forum.

He called on all countries involved to prioritize youth development, innovate development concepts, working methods and cooperation mechanisms, and invest more efforts into building consensuses and strengthening cooperation, in a bid to gain new momentum for global development and gather young talents to build a community with a shared future for mankind.
