International students from Chinese universities such as Tsinghua University and the Central University of Finance and Economics shared their internship experiences. They said that the internship program had helped them deepen their understanding of their respective professions, learn about Chinese corporate culture, and improve their professional capabilities and practical skills. Thanks to the program, their understanding of China's economic and social development have been broadened and enriched, which will be useful guidance for their future career choices, according to them.

Representatives from Chinese enterprises agreed that the internship program provided a platform for effectively connecting enterprises with international students, which was helpful for the enterprises to broaden their international horizons and cultivate international talents.

Participants also made suggestions for further improving the internship program, such as extending the internship period appropriately to help international students improve their professional skills comprehensively and gain a deeper insight into enterprise operations and management.

They also suggested the CIYEC improving two-way communication mechanism between enterprises and universities and organizing more exchange activities, so as to enhance the accuracy of job matching and expand the program's influence.

Furthermore, they suggested that the CIYEC better play its role as an exchange platform, join in hands with enterprises and universities in exploring new models and provide targeted training for international students from the perspective of career development, so as to enhance their problem-solving abilities.
