Themed with "Shared Development Opportunities for a Better Future", the China-Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) International Forum for Young Innovators, was held in Cangzhou, North China's Hebei province on Dec 7, 2022. Nearly 100 representatives from China and CEE countries participated in the event online and offline.

In his speech, Fu said that China and CEE countries have established a cooperation mechanism for 10 years and turned achievements into benefits to people from all countries. China and CEE countries should focus on peace and development and win-win cooperation at a time of momentous changes unseen in a century, he added.

Fu encouraged young people from all countries to shoulder the mission of the times, pinpoint the key areas of cooperation between China and CEE countries, and focus on frontiers of science and technology to explore new areas of cooperation and enhance youth innovation and entrepreneurship cooperation between Asia and Europe in the new era.

During their keynote speeches at the forum, experts and scholars in the China-CEE field and business leaders from Chinese and European enterprises shared views and cases on the prospects of cooperation between China and CEE countries and opportunities for youth development as well as how to promote exchanges and cooperation in entrepreneurship.

The China-Central and Eastern Europe International Forum for Young Innovators is a brand event in the youth sector under the cooperation mechanism between China and CEE countries. Since its launch in 2017, the event has been held for five editions and provided a platform for practical cooperation between China and CEE countries in youth development.

This forum was hosted by the ACYF and organized by the China International Youth Exchange Center (CIYEC), the Hebei Youth Federation and the Cangzhou city government. ACYF Deputy Secretary-General Dong Xia and CIYEC Party Secretary Wang Yijun attended the forum. The event was broadcast live on several media platforms including China Youth Daily.
