Forum discusses China-Russia Youth Entrepreneurship Exchanges
The China-Russia Youth Business Incubator, a people-to-people exchange program, held its 2022 annual forum on Nov 25 in the China International Youth Exchange Centre (CIYEC), jointly hosted by the All-China Youth Federation (ACYF) and the Russian Youth League (RYL).

Themed with "Deepening Partnership and Promoting Innovative Development", the forum brought together more than 100 representatives from more than 20 Chinese and Russian project organizers and young entrepreneurs online and offline. Fu Zhenbang, Vice-President of the ACYF, Pavel Krasnorutsky, President of the RYL and Pavel Abramov, Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs of Russia, attended the forum.

In his speech, Fu noted that the China-Russia Youth Business Incubator has played an important role in the innovation and entrepreneurship of young people in the two countries. The project has further fostered young talents and facilitated youth cooperation in the field, and has promoted people-to-people exchange between the two countries.
Fu said that facing new situations, youth federations of China and Russia should follow the consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries and make efforts to promote youth exchanges to shape the promising future of China and Russia.
Zhou Liqun, President of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Russia, and Andrei Kogan, Chairman of the Russia-China Association of Importers and Exporters, made keynote speeches on trade policies and development between China and Russia during the forum.
Representatives shared their experiences on the establishment of an online trade platform through the incubator. Panel discussions on topics such as digital economy were conducted at the forum. Representatives from the host city introduced local industries and investment policies, and more than 30 young entrepreneurs from China and Russia described their projects and needs for more opportunities on business cooperation.
Dong Xia, Deputy Secretary-General of the ACYF, and Wang Yijun, Party Secretary of the CIYEC, joined the discussion.

Initiated in 2016, the China-Russia Youth Business Incubator was undertaken by ACYF and the Russian Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and organized by CIYEC and RYL. It involves participation by 24 cities of the two countries. More than 550 Chinese and Russian young entrepreneurs and makers have communicated with each other through this platform.
