Sino-Russian Youth Business Exchange Base Unveiled in Moscow

Chinese and Russian representatives unveil the Sino-Russian Youth Business Incubator Exchange Base (Moscow) on May 17, 2018.

The opening ceremony of a Sino-Russian Youth Business Incubator Exchange Base (Moscow) was held at the Greenwood International Trade Center in Moscow, Russia, on May 17, 2018.

Dong Xia, Deputy Secretary General of the All-China Youth Federation (ACYF), Zhou Liqun, General Manager of Zhongchengtong International Investment Co Ltd, Jia Tiesong, Assistant Director of the China International Youth Exchange Center (CIYEC), and Wang Hui, Second Secretary of the Chinese Embassy in Russia attended the ceremony. The vice president of the Russian Union of Youth (RUY) also participated in the event.

The project, supported by the ACYF and the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia and organized by the CIYEC and the RUY, will hold activities in institutions and universities of 20 cities in the two countries.

The project, an innovative youth cultural exchange activity under the framework of a China-Russia people-to-people exchange mechanism, will benefit the two sides through shared experience and develop practical cooperation on entrepreneurship; consequently it has been followed and supported by the leaders of both countries.

To further promote the project, the CIYEC and RUY planned to establish bases in the two countries, and the Moscow base was on the list.

The Greenwood International Trade Center is China's largest overseas commercial investment project, and has launched a large number of cultural, educational and commercial exchange and cooperation programs between China and Russia. 

It offers the advantage of a multi-functional platform for carrying out youth exchanges on innovation and entrepreneurship between the two countries.

China and Russia will make joint efforts to strengthen the Sino-Russian Youth Business Incubator Exchange Project to provide better services for regular exchanges between young Chinese and Russian makers and start-ups, and to help build a platform for exchanges, cooperation, employment, innovation and entrepreneurship.
